Can I edit or cancel my order?Updated 3 days ago

If you placed your order on our online store (not Facebook or Instagram), there is a 30 minute period when the order can be updated, adjusted, or cancelled.  

You can make edits directly from the order status page, which can be found on your confirmation email, or in your Account under the “Orders” tab. 

Sign in to your account

After this 30 minute period, the order is with our warehouse team and is not able to be adjusted or cancelled.
