Can you honor a discount or promotion on an order I already placed?Updated 2 months ago

Our site-wide promotions are limited-time offers that cannot typically be applied to previous orders. However, we are able to be flexible with this policy if your order was placed within 5 days of the start of the promotion. 

Please note, this promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. So, if your order was placed with a promotion or discount (i.e. a Take Back Bag credit or Welcome Discount, we would not be able to adjust the price for the storewide promotion.
