How do I return an international order?Updated 3 days ago

If you are an international customer, you can return eligible items in our Return Portal within 14 days of order fulfillment. At this time we do not offer a pre-paid returns label for international orders. Any duties, taxes and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and non-refundable. We recommend sending it back via a carrier that will give you tracking information so that delivery to us can be confirmed. We do not offer exchanges for International orders. 

All return postage, customs duties, brokerage fees, and taxes must be paid before you send your return. If billed to us, the amount will be deducted from your refund or the package will be refused.
