How do I return or exchange something from my order?Updated 4 days ago

1) Go to oureturn portal, enter your order number and zip code used for the order.
Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, or on your Packing Slip under 'Reference". It will be a six-digit number starting in 2 or 3 (e.g. #200600)

2) Choose the item you would like to return or exchange and select the reason.

3) Select whether you would like to exchange for a new size, exchange for something else, or return the item.

4) Submit the return.

5) Repackage the item neatly with all tags attached, and bring the package to USPS. Check
 here for USPS locations near you.

Show the QR code on your Return Status Page to the team at USPS, they will print your return label on-site.

Alternatively, you can print your shipping label and affix it to the package before bringing it to USPS.

Please help us minimize our environmental impact. If you can, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging. If your order was received in a box, please use any plain box or envelope. As proof of return, please request a receipt from the drop-off location.

**We are unable to guarantee processing or refund of any items sent back without a return request created through the portal. If an item is returned outside of our system, we reserve the right to issue store credit rather than a refund, at our discretion. Using the return portal ensures that your return is properly tracked, linked to your original order, and handled as quickly as possible.
