What if a Final Sale style I ordered arrived damaged?Updated a month ago
If you purchased Order Protection for your order, here is how you can file a claim for a refund or replacement:
- Go to the Order Protection Claims Portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Upload the relevant photos and description of damage
- Submit the claim, someone from their ream will reach out to you directly within 1 business day
If you did not purchase Order Protection for your order, please Contact Us, providing some information about the situation. Our team will assist you with a resolution. When items arrive damaged from shipping, it is our policy to replace the items. If an item on the order is no longer in stock, we will provide a refund instead of a replacement. Issues can be reported up to 60 days after the item is marked as shipped.
