We’re proud to offer carbon-neutral shipping through EcoCart, a service that provides customers the option at checkout to offset their carbon emissions for their order, adding about 1-2% to their total. We don’t profit off the percentage collected - all of the extra cents are donated to a carbon offset project.
(If you’re curious, our carbon offset dollars are currently going to Envira Amazonia Project, which works to prevent deforestation in the Amazon rainforest by protecting 260,000 acres of forest, and collaborating with local communities on agricultural initiatives. We chose this cause due to our deep ties to South America.)
