(Renew) is our resale shop for buying and selling your pre-loved Nation essentials. AKA a place to sell stuff you once loved and find something new (to you). Better for the planet. And your wallet.

What should I do when I receive my order?

After your order has been delivered, you’ll get an email to confirm it’s arrived and rate what you bought. (This is your chance to let us know if your order is in the exact condition as described.) If it is, don’t forget to give your seller a great r

How do I pay for a pre-loved item?

Find what you want. Add to your cart. And go through the checkout process like you normally would when you’re shopping at Nation Los Angeles. Please note, at this time, you cannot combine full priced Nation items with (Renew).

Can I buy an item if I don't live inside the United States?

Not yet. (renew) is not currently available to buyers outside of the United States, so we’re unable to fulfill international shipping orders at this time.

When will I receive my (Renew) item(s)?

We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. Your order will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.

Can I return my (Renew) purchase?

All pre-loved purchases are final sale unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that happens, you can open a dispute after your order has been delivered. If we confirm the dispute, we’ll issue a refund and ask that you ship
