Can I return a Gift Card?
No, sorry. E-gift cards are final sale.
Can I return an item purchased with a Gift Card?
Yes, orders placed using an e-gift card may be returned. The refund will be issued onto a new e-gift card, or you can elect to exchange instead. Final Sale items are ineligible for return, regardless of the payment method.
When does my Gift Card expire?
Our e-gift cards never expire.
When will the recipient receive the Gift Card?
The e-gift card is sent at time of purchase. We unfortunately do not have a way to delay the send.
