This will be available on your Return Status Page. 

Once you hit “submit” on your return, you will be directed to a Return Status Page. From this page, you can access both a Shipping Label to print, or a QR code for a ‘USPS label broker ID’, to print the label at a USPS drop-off location.

You can also access this page by clicking on your return submission email, which is sent to your inbox when the return is submitted. 

A tip: The QR code can only be generated on the day the order is submitted, but it can be accessed at any time in the return window. As soon as the return is submitted, go ahead and generate the QR code, even if you won’t be dropping off the return that day.
