How long does it take to process a return?Updated a month ago

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for processing. For refunds back to the payment method on the order,  allow 3-5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

If you have selected a refund through store credit, the store credit will be emailed to you as soon as your return is processed.

If your return is marked as delivered back at our warehouse, but you haven't received your refund or store credit yet, please check the date on the tracking-- likely it was delivered within the past 7 days, and it within the processing window.
