My order says "delivered" but I didn't receive it. What now?Updated a month ago

When an order is marked as delivered by the shipper, but is not received, these shipment claims require a waiting period of 48 hours from the delivery time before filing, as carriers will sometimes mark a package as delivered before arriving at your address.
If your shipment was marked as delivered less than 2 days ago:
Here are some things you can try in the meantime:
- If you have a doorman or concierge, try checking with building staff to see if your package was received but misplaced. Delivery mix-ups happen!
- Try checking with friendly neighbors to see if your package was delivered to the wrong address.
- If you have a doorbell or security camera on your property, try reviewing the footage around the delivery time to see if the delivery was completed.
If your shipment was marked as delivered 2 or more days ago:
You’ll be eligible to file a claim! You can do so by clicking HERE and selecting the reason: ‘delivered but not received’.
