The item I received is damaged. What now?Updated a month ago

If you purchased Order Protection for your order, here is how you can file a claim for a refund or replacement:

  1. Go to the Order Protection Claims Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Upload the relevant photos and description of damage
  4. Submit the claim, someone from their ream will reach out to you directly within 1 business day

If you did not purchase Order Protection for your order, please Contact Us, providing some information about the situation. Our team will assist you with a resolution. When items arrive damaged from shipping, it is our policy to replace the items. If an item on the order is no longer in stock, we will provide a refund instead of a replacement. Issues can be reported up to 60 days after the item is marked as shipped.
