The item I received is damaged. What now?Updated a month ago
This is very rare, and we are so sorry.
If the packaging is damaged, and it looks like the item was damaged in transit, please File a Claim with Order Protection.
If the item wasn't damaged in transit, the quickest way to get another order out to you as soon as possible is submitting an exchange in our Return Portal, and noting the reason for return as “Item Damaged."
