What are the exchange options?Updated 3 months ago

Exchanges are processed through our return portal. If you would like to exchange your item, rather than return it for a refund, we have two exchange options:

Instant Exchange

When you select an Instant Exchange, your exchange order is placed immediately. This ensures you receive your items quickly and that your preferred size or color is secured while it’s still in stock.

To initiate an instant exchange, a temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the new exchange order. Once we receive your return, the hold will be lifted. You’ll only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.

Standard Exchange

If selected, your replacement order will be processed once the unwanted item is received back at our warehouse. No additional authorization will be requested if selected. If you choose a standard exchange, and the new item sells out before the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the item instead.
