Using the return portal ensures that your return is properly tracked, linked to your original order, and handled as quickly as possible.
We are unable to guarantee processing or refund of any items sent back without a return request created through the portal. If an item is returned outside of our system, we reserve the right to issue store credit rather than a refund, at our discretion.
For US customers, please note that we provide a prepaid shipping label for all eligible returns. This label must be used to ensure your return is properly tracked and linked to your order. We cannot guarantee a refund if a self-paid shipping label is used instead.
