What if the return portal says "Order Not Found"?Updated a month ago
If the return portal is not able to find your order, it may be that the wrong order number was used.
Your order number is on the subject line of your Order Confirmation email, or on your Packing Slip under 'Reference". It will be a six-digit number starting in 2 (e.g. #200600).
